I have co-signed for one loan and my ex has co-signed for another and we are continually harassed with phone calls trying to collect passed due amounts even though neither of us is delinquent.

My ex paid over $500 in ‘passed due’ amounts only to find out this did nothing to stop them from ruining her credit.

What, if anything, can we do, short of not going to college?
