My debt is paid. I want a full payment history sent to me. My request is not being honored. My original amount was 10 grand. Fees and finance charges have made it so that the 20 grand I’ve paid isn’t enough. Sallie Mae says I still owe 6 grand. The reps are unbelievably cordial. But they are not American reps and have no authority to help get to the bottom of this problem for me. I continue to pay when I can, because Sallie Mae will double my balance in a heartbeat. I’m being exploited.
