  1. James Durbin says:

I have a $49,000 student loan I am trying to get the payments lowered by Sallie Mae. They will not negotiate with me and I have had to stop making the $460 payments because I don’t make much money. I work for a non-profit so my pay is low. I am a disabled individual living on disability income combined with my job I pull down about $1980 each month. I’d like to file a complaint about Sallie Mae and its predatory practices because they did not disclose the changes in their procedures and when myself and my attourney tried to find out facts they went around in circles just like they did back in January.
